• Bloody Eyeball Lychee Martini (Mocktail/Cocktail)  – A chillingly delicious cocktail to set the mood, featuring lychees as a spooky garnish that’s as creepy as it is tasty.

• Crisp Apple & Manchego Salad with Twisted Thai Dressing –  Fresh, crunchy apples paired with nutty Manchego cheese, brought to life with a tangy, aromatic Thai Dressing that wakes up your palate 

• Shrimp Pasta with Spicy Thai Basil Sauce:  shrimp and pasta swirled in a warm, aromatic Thai basil and garlic sauce.  rich, flavorful and spiced just right - with heat levels tailored so everyone can enjoy ! 

• Thai Pumpkin Custard with Coconut Sticky Rice  (Demonstration) – Watch and learn as this silky-smooth, palm-sugar-sweetened pumpkin custard is served over rich, warm coconut sticky rice.  A melt-in-your-mouth Thai Dessert favorite
