Event Description:
Join us for a family friendly 2.5 mile walk to find a cure and provide family support for those dealing with Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD). CJD is a rare neurodegenerative disease that has no treatment, or cure and is invariably fatal. Events include: Silent Auction, Raffle, Photo Booth, Memorial Candle Lighting Ceremony, Refreshments! Come for the walk and stay to enjoy all that Lake Elmo Park Reserve has to offer!!

$30 to register for the walk before 9/1/2016, $35 after 9/1/2016. $5 fee to gain access to the park the day of the event.
